What Training Krav Maga means to you:

Training Krav Maga empowers me to be stronger and better person. It’s extremely humbling and requires focus and dedication. Krav Maga was created so one shall walk in peace.
What made you want to start training Krav Maga?

I used to play a lot of recreational basketball in the city. The game of basketball is emotional and emotions cloud judgement. I wanted to make sure I was able to defend myself and keep my emtions in check.

What has your training experience been like at Elite Krav Maga Training?

Outstanding. I’ve trained at an other gym in Media and it was terrible. The coaching was poor, technique was poor, and the service was horrid. I felt like I was being scammed. Especially when the teacher told me that “I’d never need to use this”. Training at Elite Krav Maga really made me a better Krav Maga Practitioner. My fundamentals were off and I was not prepared when I did my previous testing. Training at Elite fixed those mistakes and gave me more confidence. I scored the highest grade in my P4 Exam held by one of the highest instructors from Krav Maga Global in Israel. Elite Krav Maga tries to make you perfect. Not for testing. But to defend yourself and your family on the streets.

Have you ever done this type of training prior to coming to Ellite Krav Maga Training and fitness? I trained at Krav Maga gym in Media which was really bad.

What has been the biggest benefit of training Krav Maga?

Training with people I like. Everyone is down to earth and super supportive. It doesn’t matter who you are, you’re always accepted and encouraged. I also like that I’m held to a high standard. If I’m making a mistake, it gets fixed. The classes are also very efficient run. No down time, no wasting time either.

What do people say to you when you tell them that you train Krav Maga?

They ask me what it is and what, “Krav Maga” means (Combat Contact). Also, they usually say, you’re 40 not 20, what are you doing sparring with people.

What do you like to do when you are not training?

I love to spend time with my family at the beach and surf!!
